Camera industry breaking the law!
The vendors MUST BE HELD Civil and Criminal liable when the camera industry breaks the law! Something Florida removed by allowing the camera vendors to ignore sign requirements, tickets still valid if signs wrong, another safety fraud too, why are the vendors allowed to ignore the law??? Should not the vendors be fined too for breaking the law on signage???
The Town of Hempstead, NY, was held in contempt of court for its “willful disobedience” in a legal battle over its lucrative school bus camera ticketing program. A judge found the town deliberately withheld public records, producing only 17 of nearly 3,000 emails demanded by a law firm representing ticketed drivers.
