New NYC Law to Require Countdown Clocks at Red Light Camera Intersections

The New York City Council voted unanimously Wednesday to approve legislation, authored by Councilman Steven Matteo (R-Mid-Island), that will require the Department of Transportation (DOT) to install pedestrian countdown clocks at all intersections that feature red light cameras.
