Verra Mobility Is the New Name for American Traffic Solutions

Verra Mobility resulted from the merging of ATS, a portfolio company of Platinum Equity, with Euro Parking Collection Plc and Highway Toll Administration. Platinum Equity completed both acquisitions earlier this spring. It also acquired ATS in May 2017.
