Providence, RI Speed Camera Settlement Includes $20 Refunds

Drivers who were cited by city speed cameras before April 15 will be given a $20 refund on their paid tickets, according to a settlement agreement approved Thursday night by the City Council Committee on Claims and Pending Suits.
