Second Lawsuit Filed Against Red Light Cameras

Mary Vaitovas was ticketed for running a red light at the intersection of Fire Tower Road and Arlington Boulevard on March 10, according to the suit filed in Pitt County Superior Court. The suit petitions the city to refund the $100 citation in addition to declaring the red light program is in violation of the state constitution.
