Oregon’s Tolling Scheme Receives Pushback From Vancouver Council Members

ODOT plans to start its congestion pricing program on I-205 before expanding it to I-5. They have a dual purpose – raising revenue and reducing traffic congestion. Over 75,000 Clark County and Southwest Washington citizens cross the Columbia River to work in Oregon, and many fear the tolls would harm the low income families the most.
