Youngstown to Keep Speed Cameras, Other Communities Wait for Legal Opinion

The Ohio Department of Transportation sent letters to Youngstown, Howland, Hubbard, Liberty, Girard, and Weathersfield on July 17 ordering the communities to take down their speed-camera enforcement signs and any mounted cameras.
