LONG TERM DANGER IN MICRO MANAGING POLICE OFFICERS AND EMERGENCY PERSONNEL

Recently Ban the Cams have had some post on emergency personnel being cited by photo enforcement.

I can understand why most people would love to hammer those on the photo enforcement side for being hypocritical.  In fact a most entertaining example was when ATS President Tuton and ATS Executive John Petrozza Ignored PHOTO TICKETS THEMSELVES! (Tuton dealt with it after  it was posted all over the web by www.camerafraud.com  and Petrozza claimed “he never received the ticket and he would never have intentionally ignored a citation.”).    http://www.thenewspaper.com/news/25/2597.asp

Baytown Camera Front Group IS DESPERATE TO DENY A VOTE!

In reading the Baytown Sun Article on the legal battles by the Camera Front Group attorneys and their cohorts TO PREVENT A VOTE.  Items of interest:

The mayor and PD chief of Brooksville get to keep their SCAMERAS for the time being.

But Vice Mayor Lewis and council member Joe Bernardini are starting to see this as the scam RLC truly are.  Quote from the St. Pete Times:

Today is Independence Day, a day our ancestors fought and struggeled for Freedom from a oppressive government (British).   Despite the difficult times we live in, they don't last forever.  Like bad laws (the Mark Wandall Scamera Act for instance), difficult times do eventually go away.

Melissa Wandall is the widow of Mark Wandall, a 30 year old man who was killed by a red light runner in Bradenton, FL.

The circumstances surrounding the accident are rather cloudy, but it appears that the light had been red for some time when the cars collided. The girl driving the car which hit Wandall and his brother in law had several red light violations on her record and only lost her license for a few months following the accident.
